WHO WE WORK WITH: Because of our
areas of expertise and experience, we most often work with clients who are
manufacturers or importers/exporters, wholesaling in the Gift, Linen and
Decorative Industries.
CONFIDENTIALITY: We
understand the needs of closely held companies and provide confidentiality
agreements to all clients.
SHORT TERM - LONG TERM ASSIGNMENTS: Many
assignments begin as specific projects with a focus on analysis and
recommendations. Some assignment
continue to be short term and project oriented. However, other assignments are broad, all-inclusive, and
become longer-term.
STARTING OUT: Most
often our relationships begin with a Review & Recommend project.
This is a straightforward, cost effective way for us to work together for
the first time. The process allows us to analyze the basic elements of the
company, and to truly get to know the needs and intentions of management.
Details of the review are documented and presented along with
recommendations. Section A above is
an example of a Review and Recommend project outline for analyzing the U.S.
market potential for your products.
